I don't know what kind of German this is. It means something like "There is nobody so "unleidlich", that meant he knows everything". but I don't know the word "unleidlich". In dutch is the translation : "Er is niemand die zo "unleidlich" is, die betekent/ bedoelt hij weet alles." But this too isn't 100% correct.

Yes, seems to be one of the many funny German dialects written down. "Unleidlich" is a very familiar adjective for s.o. who is unsatisfied and in a bad temper and who therefore is unfriendly, annoying and always disagreeing. It's the opposite of "leidlich", which means "sufferable/tolerable".
