2007年 七月 26日 16:20 | | | It is interrogative, and there's no question mark because, as you've noted recently, people seem to be leaving off punctuation a lot in Turkish - maybe because the meaning is clear without it (the question marker is the "-mi-" in "olabilirmiyiz"  . | | |
