Cómo se puede validar una traducción en la que el tÃtulo no tiene nada que ver con la traducción. "sueño de un puto rumano" "sonho de un puto romeno" Anabela creo que tendrÃa que haber rechazado de inmediato esta traducción.
"Puto" is a quite common word for 'boy' in European Portuguese, so I don't know why you're criticizing my translation, acuario. I'm Brazilian, but I'm totally aware of the use of that particular word in EP. Besides, you can see everything else is fine in the sentence, so, saying it should be "rebuffed" just seems aggressive and unpolite, certainly not the kind of attitude and behavior I'm used to see here.
Acuario, your profile says that you can read Portuguese, "puto" is a very common word in Portugal to name children, as Beto just said. It has nothing to do with Spanish "puto...". You were somehow rude to Beto, out of ignorance or impulsivity, but it would be nice if you admitted your mistake.
Yo admito mi error, pero lo que yo aprecio es que en el titulo dice "puto" y en la traducción dice "criança", ¿ porque se traduce de forma diferente, si en el texto original pone lo mismo?
