Kafetzou we never say "insani (in fact this is written "insanÃ®", and it is adjective) bilmeyen insansÄ±n" instead we say "insanlÄ±ÄŸÄ± (this is a noun) bilmeyen insansÄ±n". also this "insanÃ®" is never used in such a context. So there are two "insanÄ±" here.
