Thanks having notified, Lilian, yes I think it can be considered as a text, maybe someone who does not understand at all the target language who would search using an online dictionary would erroneously translate it, and in this case it is much better when it is a native from the target-language who can transklate it.
I submitted this text to an automatic translation tool and I got this :
"Universell förklaring på djurskydd"
When read by a native from the target language, would this text make sense?
Yes, it make sense! But your automatic translation tool speaks a bit fun ... its moore common to say "Universellt (or Allmänt) uttalande kring djurskydd".
Don’t know if you guys follow the translation,(?) but the translation was accepted yesterday. The thing is that there are a bunch of synonymous for Universal Declaration ...and as I said Franck, you can use that word you did! But when I looked it up at the homepage for WSPA and found this expression also at the Swedish site, I think that "Global Deklaration om djurvälfärd" is the right way ...so pirulito was very right about it!
Sorry if I seems to be a bit confused, but I admit it.
