Feast for the dolphin king | | "Feast" is a ceremoinal dinner party for many poeple, "party" is an occasion on which people can assemble for social interaction and entertainment. I think "feest" is used here in the sens of celebration, it's why I prefer to translate it by "feast".

Viimeinen viesti | | | | | 13 Huhtikuu 2007 15:36 | | iriniViestien lukumäärä: 849 | We are talking about the king of dophins here or about hmm dauphin (heir apparent) as the translation of reggina's indicates? Dauphin King doesn't make ANY sense if you ask me (you are either the king or his heir aren't you?)
| | | 13 Huhtikuu 2007 20:49 | | | It is just the name of a feast, nothing more. | | | 13 Huhtikuu 2007 23:06 | | iriniViestien lukumäärä: 849 | Yes, but we are talking about heir aparent or dolphin? Which of the two should the translation depict? It's a different word in Greek (δελφίνος = french Dauphin, english heir apparent. Δελφίνι = dolphin the aquatic mamal) |
