Its Welsh. -wch is usually the imperative ending on verbs (in this case 'cadw' -- although it seems to be spelt cedw here), while "os gwelwch yn dda" means "please". In my Welsh--English corpus, 'hyn' seems to be frequently translated as 'this' or 'these', while drysau = drys+PL = doors. "glir" is a mutated form of "clir" meaning "clear".
