Well, I thought this is some sort of quote from lyrics of some song.
And This lyric is kind of geeky and Japanese.

Now, its easy to deduce , this is an anime song.

I searched the 隠せぬ苛立ちと 立ち尽くす自分 and found entire lyric in japanese as follwin:

It is anime song from Xenogias or something.
