"Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag und alles Liebe und Gute für das neue Lebensjahr"
Provided you know his age (let's say he's 30), you could write :
"Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum 30. Geburtstag und alles Liebe und Gute für das neue Lebensjahr"
The point after the number is important, it's the German way of transforming "30" into "30th". The dieresis are also important, ü and u are two different letters in the German alphabet. Regards. | | |
