Sinon, parfait. | | | 20 Julho 2009 11:57 | | gamineNúmero de mensagens: 4611 | Hey Stane. Actually, I have noticed that all the others agree with my translation but I think you're right. Now it's up to Lilian to decide because she has taught me that we don't always use the same tense from one language to another.
Thanks for your input. CC: Stane lilian canale | | | 20 Julho 2009 12:00 | | | Et aussi, en anglais, lorsqu'on indique une date, c'est MM/DD/YYYY (en français DD/MM/YYYY)... | | | 20 Julho 2009 12:11 | | gamineNúmero de mensagens: 4611 | Thanks Franck. | | | 20 Julho 2009 12:24 | | | Hi guys,
@Stane,
About "I have sent", I'm sorry, but since a specific date was mentioned (04.05.09) the correct tense to be used is simple past "I sent"
"a/any" is a matter of choice here, it doesn't make a difference in meaning
@Francky,
How to write dates has become controvertial lately. Actually, today more than a way is acceptable. My favourite structure is:
"May 4th, 2009" (it leaves no doubt), but we can also see that written as:
The 4th of May, 2009. - 04-05-09 - 5/4/09, etc.
That's pretty confusing, isn't it?
I think I'd better edit it "my" way. Do you all agree with: "May 4th, 2009"?

Sorry for this confusion. | | | 20 Julho 2009 12:45 | | | OK, since we all agree I'll accept this one |
