Hardly understandable, but, yes, Russian. As g3orge is not native to it I deciphered the request. Though not quite sure it is acceptable as there are two ifinitive verbs + nouns. I may add a pronoun it won't really affect the meaning (or leave a translation to g3orge if this request is removed).
