In this line:
"I guess it's a mistake because I think I'll understand a bit of Dutch"

Are you sure it's "I'll"?

And "this is a mistake number 2" shouldn't that be: "this is another mistake" or "this is a second mistake"?

In the original sentence the future tense is used but I think that in the English translation Present Simple would be better indeed.

Also, I'd say "I've never worked nor am I working in Belgium".
