I don't speak any Romanian I'm afraid but is it possible that it could be translated as " in accordance with", "has 1 year guarantee" "if used propely/ conditional upon proper usage".

I also think that there should be a the in the last sentence "Can be operated till the 120 kg allowable load".

Mind you I'm just asking since the English translation seems right but is not "flowing".

Yes, you are right, I will correct it. I HAVE to remember to adapt more the translations.... But I believe "Can be operated till 120 kg allowable load" is also correct.

P.S There is written "este garantat timp de un an" - "este garantat" is a passive voice in Romanian and can be translated by "it is guaranteed", "timp de un an" means: " a period of 1 year". That is why I have translated so.
