마지막 글 | | | | | 2007년 3월 16일 18:25 | | | Didn't forget "you" in the sentence? | | | 2007년 3월 18일 20:54 | | | 1. O τίτλος δεν είναι μεταφÏασμÎνος σωστά
Tung zemër te dua shumë = Τουνγκ, καÏδιά μου, σε θÎλω πολÏ
hello heart = γεια σου καÏδιά μου
2. "Tung" είναι όνομα | | | 2007년 3월 18일 20:57 | | | I'm so sorry, I can't understand Greek, xristos, I'll ask kafetzou to translate... | | | 2007년 3월 18일 21:06 | | | Xristos said:
"1) The title isn't translated correctly.
2) Tung is a name."
He says it should be "Tung, my heart, I want you so much."
I'm not sure I agree with him. Although I don't speak Albanian, I believe that "tung" is a word, not a name. | | | 2007년 3월 18일 21:14 | | | Here's a quote from an e-mail I got a few years ago from a friend from Kosova:
"tung means Hi, well it means Bye too." | | | 2007년 3월 18일 21:48 | | | yes, "tungjatjeta" means "bonjour", I've just learnt it today.
About "te dua" it seems that it is translated as "I love you" in the "I love you" translations, but as I don't know albanese it may be a never edited eroor of translation. I say that because I've noticed that some of the "I love you" translations were recently translated as "I'm crazy about you" (or is it "I'm crazy of you"?)... I should check that maybe. Thanks for the Greek into English translation, kafetzou!

Another one, where "te dua" is translated by "I love you" | | | 2007년 3월 18일 21:59 | | | http://www.cucumis.org/traduction_0_t/voir-traduction_v_13374.html
Here it was translated by "I'm crazy for you" | | | 2007년 3월 18일 22:08 | | | I think that the translation is good now that I edited, "te dua shüme" meaning "I love you a lot", or "I love you so much". | | | 2007년 3월 18일 22:10 | | | An Albanian-speaking friend of mine sent me this:
«The word "tung" is young-folks-abbreviation/slang for "tungjatgjeta," a mouthful of a greeting that means "Long life to you."»
She says the rest means, " ... my heart because I love you very much." |
