I am forwarding you an e-mail from a woman, a tourist, who is a customer of yours. She is trying to find a waiter working for you. I think you will recognise him from the attached picture.
The customer's email address is...

Please contact me if you have any questions, otherwise please contact the customer herself.

Hi bgexile,

This looks great, I'd just use "directly" instead of "direct".
What do you think?

Well I thought about it...but 'directly' tends to mean 'at once' and I didn't want to hand out orders here. Lol

BTW...I posted yesterday about an "English" text for translation....total nonsense. Have you any comments on that?

Поздравления за превода, личи си, че имаме ново, качествено попълнение... Какво си пуснал вчера, дай линк към него.

bgexile,

"directly" also means: "without intermediaries", but if you think that it could bring a doubtful meaning you can use:
"...contact the customer herself"
Would that be clear enough?

Indeed.

So, will you edit that or do you want me to do it so that we can set a poll?

Sory I didn't realise that's what you wanted me to do...new kid on the block here!
Have edited it as per your suggestion.
Thanks

Don't worry, that happens all the time with "newbies".

Welcome to the site and keep the good work.
