In English, we would probably not say ".... for the company (a)".

For example, I'd say "I am doing web design work for Microsoft". I'd never say "I am doing web design work for the company Microsoft". It just sounds funny to say it this way.

Same goes for the first example-

"Hi, I am Orhan from Microsoft". not "Hi, I am Orhan from the company Microsoft".

As you say ıt must be ""Hi, I am Orhan from A ".
