Remarks about the translation
This is a translation for "to participate". Maybe "practicipate" could be a verb designed for advertising purposes combining practise(harjoittaa, harjoitella)+participate(osallistua).

Jos ajattelit käännöstä sanalle "participate", niin verbi on oikea, mutta muoto väärä.

to participate on verbin perusmuoto, infinitiivi
(basic, infinitive form of a verb, here translated as 1 pers plural)

But never seen "practicipate" before, has anyone else?

Either it's a typo (participate), or it's a cutesy advertising or public relations word. For example, here in Canada there was a program to get people to be more active, called "participaction" - a combination between "participation" and "action".

That's what I meant with the example I gave above of the cutesy advertising word.
