It could be "if Mădă may come with me", according to the context.(wether the message is sent to ask permission to someone- in this case it would be "may", or message to know wether Mădă is available or not- and it this case it would be "can"...

In realtà non conosco il rumeno e mi sono basata solo sulla traduzione in francese. L'unico mio dubbio è sulla traduzione di "propre" con "clean".
