Hi
"Kırıkkale"
is the name of a city in Turkey and the whole translation should be
"Kırıkkale industrial vocational high school"
I've edited wrong diacritic usage in the translation

Is it possible to translate it as "industrial vocational high school in Kırıkkale"? Because I don't know how to declinate Kırıkkale properly...

No, I don't think it would be correct to do so, because the school may not be in Kırıkkale but have the name of it
, what about
"Kırıkkale vocational high school of industry"
?
