This is a highly controversial issue between us ('get something off', 'get off something' )

'can you get off my address in the picture' doesn't sound right. Perhaps because it sounds too much like 'can you get off my back' or something like that? In this case, 'get something off' is better when talking about removing something.

'get my address off the picture' / 'remove my address from the picture' / 'delete my address from the picture' are all fine.
