Uppruna tekstur - Norskt - Ikke verst det heller

Almost impossible to translate without context.

This is a vague answer, with an incomplete sentence (the objective is missing). It must be some kind of answer to a posed question.
Without that question, or any other context, the translation cannot be done satisfying.

In the present state I would accept: "Whatever...", "Not really..."
A word-by-word translations would be: "Not worst that either."

The sender has answered my first message and told me that there isn't any context.

What do you think should be done?

If it was senseless or untranslatable it should be removed. But if there's someway to translate and explain on the comment field, I see no reason to worry so much.
Maybe a 'meaning only' needed.

J'aurais dû dire qu'il y avait un contexte mais que j'avais seulement noté cette expression. Si je me souviens bien, j'avais essayé d'écrire quelques phrases en suédois (ne me souviens plus de celles-ci) et la personne m'a demandé si j'étais en train de devenir suédoise...et je lui ai répondu que non, que j'avais simplement un grand appétit pour l'apprentissages de nouvelles langues. Et la fameuse phrase en question est apparue (ikke.....)
