I'm not sure about the word "awake" in this context. I thought maybe the word "wide" might fit better here.
Also, "gazelle eyed" makes the reading a little difficult as it is only an adjective. Would it still work if we put:
"My eyes are wide for you gazelle-eyes"

"uyanık" means "awake", that's why I translated it in that way.
Perhaps we could say "my gazelle-eyed one", if it is not too weird.
I agree with your version but I think it would rather be a meaning only translation.
