This is the exact translation of it:

'baby boy! my minds fly to you, like ants on grass..

it sounds good in croatian, but not in english..

Tristangun, do the translation. May I suggest though - "my thoughts fly to you, like ants in the grass you are always on my mind"? Don't worry about how it sounds, it's meaning only, and there's just no way to make it sound good.
