Yesterday is our past, tomorrow is our future. We live in this moment with our hopes and dreams.

I'm designing a tatoo to have that has the picture of a sunrise (representing a new dawn, a new day) and thought the phrase represented what i want it to say in latin, if anybody can help. I plan to have the first part above the design and the second part below. The second part could also be with our hopes and dreams we live in this moment (or: we live for today) I hope somebody can help me with it! Thanks.

Pastabos apie vertimą
Heri praeteritum nostrum est, cras futurum (nostrum). In hoc tempore vivimus cum spebus somniisque (nostris). --- Repetition of possessives (in this case "noster", our) is not common in Latin, that's why I've mostly left them out.
