I would change "the use of" to something like the protection of, or Caring for dangerous waste.

Or storage? Instead of "The use". Because "tillvaratagande" doesn't exactly mean "use".

Perhaps "disposal" would fit better.

"utilization" sounds more right here Lilian, according to the bridge that Neko did on the swedish translation, even if disposal is a good word too.

When I read the Swedish translation I interprete the word "tillvaratagande" rather as "disposal" than as "utilization" (however I do not understand the original text in latvian). So, if I can trust the Swedish translationI would like to change the word "utilization" into "disposal".

New terminology not found in old dictionaries...collecting - often for refining or recycling or utilization purposes. Utilization sounds fine to me.

I think "disposal" would be more accurate than "utilization".
