"Verdadeiro" means a person who always tells the truth.

"To be true" means "to be faithful/loyal". Is that what this means? I don't think so. How about "genuine"?

I would rather translate it as follows to get a more accurate meaning:

Is it greetings or health? Those are pretty different.

saúde = health.

Greetings = saudação, cumprimentos

How about this:

You too can be genuine, with health and success.

I think the last translation by kafetzou is the best one for the proposed meaning.

is it just me or why do some statements sound impossible to make sense you too can be genuine, i dont understand the second part, "with health and success" like how do you become genuine with health? i just dont get it

I don't think there's really a connection between the first part and the second part.
