How are you? I hope you are well. I haven't talked with you for a long time. I think you have forgotten even me.

It's good, only it should be changed "I think you forgot even me." according to the meaning of the text.

"You forgot even me" would fit if before that something had been said about the person forgetting other things (or person). Is that the case?

In this text, writer doesn't mention the other things that the listener forgets but it can be understood that the listener forgets other things as well, as he says "even me, I thought you forgot." So we can infer that the listener forgets other things as well.
But he doesn't mention other things in detail in this text, if this is what you ask.

The wordorder is tricky in Turkish! "Me even you forgot I think" is the litteral translation. Would it be possible to change a bit? I think you forgot me too (instead of even)?? Or maybe : I suppose you even forgot me.

Yes lenab what you say is right, but I guess because "bile" is after "beni"; so "beni bile" means you forget many things, and you even forget me (which is unexpected-we can infer).
If we use "too", we throw away the meaning of unexpected situation. But it's a little detail, so I think it wouldn't be that wrong to say "..you forgot me too."

If it were "beni unuttuğunu bile düşündüm" then it would be right to say "I even think you forgot me." But it's not like that in the original text. So the important thing is the place of "bile" I think.
