look at citation: "Free money transfers to accounts at over 630 ICICI Bank branches"
here we can see the bank offering money transfer at no charge, right? (indeed, it's own branches cost nothing)
ps: hint! - 'бесплатный перевод' is russian equivalent for the example

my case is different, transfer comission fee applies, but the money is given 'gratis', you see?
