As far as I know, "When you make the final stand" means something like "when you come to the end of your life", or "when you make your last action" (meaning the same thing) so I would have translated it to: "NÃ¥r du kommer til dit livs ende".
I considered that but decided against as there is no explicit mention of life and death in the text. But here, a month later, I would consider "Når du når til afslutningen" as a better phrase - what do you think, Anita?
