One-year experience (between 2005 and 2006) as a focal-point employee, organizing the work of the hardware technicians operating on the territory Triveneto for the technical assistance to the Italian Post Office customer. During this experience I acquired a good organizational and decision-making autonomy, I developed the ability to relate directly with the customer through the basic techniques of project management and improved my skills in problem solving.
