démoulage différé-- would it sound better put like this "delayed release from the mould" instead of "removal delayed" or is a bad ideea?
I am asking you that because I don't have any experience with the terms used in construction.

As for "mobiliers urbains" there is such a concept so I think it is ok to translate it like
"urban furniture".
