Remarks about the translation	The exact meaning of "mowie dobrze po angielsku" is "I can speak good English" but I decided upon a translation into: "My English is fluent". I get the feeling that when one says "mowie po angielsku" in Polish ="I can speak English" or "I can speak a ceratin language" it means that a person knows a certain language (not only spoken language).
