"Ne volim te jos (uvek)" means "I still don't love/like you" or "I don't love/like you yet", and as you said is a lot different than "I don't love you anymore".
I think the translation is ok but I have no idea how it looked like before.

| | Everyone that has given there translations is much appricated. I wish I would have listened to the message and not my heart because he has hurt me very badly. The funny part is he claims he loves me today and he put me through too much for me to forgive him.
