En aquel momento, todos mis pensamientos fueron puestos de lado, y me imaginaba en el lugar de Carina, sosteniendo tu mano… No obstante no podía contenerme. Una o dos veces grité Ahmet, me oíste y te volviste me miraste y sonreíste.

I think "bir kaç kez" means both a few times or one or twice

"Yine de kendimi tutamadım" in this sentence the verb is kendini tutmak, it means restrain oneself.
kendimi = myself

"baktın" is the verb bakmak which means both to see or to look

''En este momento todo lo que pensé fue lanzado a un lado. Pensé en mi en Carina, mientras sostenía tu mano... Todo lo mismo al no poder sostenerla. Algunas veces grité Ahmet, tu me escuchaste y diste la vuelta, me viste y sonreíste...

There is a dilemma...

I do not speak Turkish, therefore I cannot accurately judge whether or not the Spanish text is in line with the original Turkish text or not.

As far as the English text, however, it is not completely in line (assuming the English text was an accurate translation of the Turkish text).

Some verb tenses have been completely changed, and in some cases, even omitted. Based off of my opinion and using the English text as my reference, changes have to be made.

"In acest moment tot ce am gandit a fost dat deoparte m-am gandit la mine la Carina in timp ce sustineam mana ta.Ttot acelasi lucra cu a nu putea sa o sustin.Cate odata am strigat,tu mai ascultat,te-ai intors cu fata ,si mi-ai zambit.
