dear Car0le, let me thank you for your efforts, but i still in doubt about the phrase.

look at citation: "Free money transfers to accounts at over 630 ICICI Bank branches"
here we can see the bank offering money transfer at no charge, right? (indeed, it's own branches cost nothing)
