Is that correct?

yes, it is almost correct:

My star, how are you? I am sorry I couldn't chat yesterday because I went to my office, I had a little bit work.
I miss you
kiss kiss

via internet- is an explanation, it doesn't exist in the albanian text.

The title of this request is '(internet) chat message', so that must have been why the translation talks about internet chatting.
