Je ne comprends pas tout à fait le sens de cette phrase. Peux-tu me la traduire peut-être en français pour que je puisse bien comprendre?
"Ma seule (unique) étoile, lumière de ma vie" jusque là , tout va bien... Puis
"are you mum" C'est une question?
Il faudrait peut-être une virgule avant "are you mum". Et ca change tout. On sait pas si il s'adresse à sa mère, ou à une femme qui devient mère. Enfin voilÃ

J'ai demandé à CongoMangoBango de bien vouloir clarifier son texte, demain s'il ne l'a pas corrigé je le mettrai en "seulement la signification"("meaning only"
et tu verras si tu valides ou pas à ce moment-là .

I think in proper English the sentence should be like this..
"My only star, the light of my life, are you Mom."
The last part "are you Mom" is not a question but a statement. The author means that his/her mother is the only star and the light of his/her life.
