I believe the Spanish meaning is: "You too can be real, and get health and succes.", something like that.

falta o "with" antes de health, e não "healthy"

It's not "real".
"Verdadeiro" means a person who always tells the truth.
Sincere, truthful

I voted yes before but now I can see Casper is right. In this context "verdadeiro" doesn't have the meaning of "exist".

Oh yeah.
The strange thing is that the requester, our dear Thais, voted 'yes'.

editing "real" with "true" would be fine, what do you think?

Or sincere

Because a translation has been rejected with "true"

*"sticks and stones will break my bones, but I always will be true, and when
your mama is dead and gone, I'll sing this lullabye just for you, and what
becomes of all the little boys, who never comb their hair, well they're lined
up all around the block, on the nickel over there.
so you better bring a bucket, there is a hole in the pail, and if you don't
get my letter, then you'll know that I'm in jail, and what becomes of all the
little boys, who never say their prayers, well they're sleepin' like a baby,
on the nickel over there."
(part of lyrics from "On the nickel" -Tom Waits, from album "heartattack and wine" *

"To be true" means "to be faithful/loyal". Is that what this means? I don't think so. How about "genuine"?

I would rather translate it as follows to get a more accurate meaning:
"You can also be your true self, with greetings and success."

Is it greetings or health? Those are pretty different.

saúde = health.

Greetings = saudação, cumprimentos

How about this:

You too can be genuine, with health and success.

I think the last translation by kafetzou is the best one for the proposed meaning.

I Miss this

is it just me or why do some statements sound impossible to make sense you too can be genuine, i dont understand the second part, "with health and success" like how do you become genuine with health? i just dont get it

I don't think there's really a connection between the first part and the second part.
