the line:
"it's almost a year that you've been away"
should have to turn around in English. It would better read as:

"you've been away for almost a year now"

"frequently" and "very often" have the same meaning.
Why did you give a negative vote? It's just a matter of choice, it does not change the meaning. Besides, the translator gave that option in the remarks.
