کؤی بات نہیں۔ ضروری تو نہیں کہ انگلس مےں ہی بات ہو۔ ابہھی تم کہاں ہو؟ میرا متلب کون سی کاننٹری مےں ہو؟

Added punctuations at proper places. The text contains two English words, English and Country which are transliterated as انگلس and کاننٹری but the urdu words for them are انگریزی and ملک. However I think that point wasn't not necessary at all.

Now for the bridge

"Its okay. It is not necessary (at all) that the conversation should be in English. Where are you now? I mean in which country are you in? By the way I'm in the World."
