this phrase is written in the typical way of expressing one self in Swedish in the worst modern way. It is a transcription of spoken language among young persons.

"Jag är en najs kille som att gillar arbete va"
in proper swedish:
'Jag är en trevlig kille som gillar att arbeta.'

najs = nice [eng] = trevlig; schysst, bra; reko
arbete = work [eng. noun] = att arbeta [swe. verb]
va = just a way to enhance the way of posing a question, no true lingvistic value other than as a way to strengthen the spoken question by adding it at the end of a spoken sentence.
