Hello, pias
This is the meaning of the above verses (possibly from a song):

You and I are two strangers, one of whom is leaving,
I didn’t think the road will reclaim you from me.
When we are destined to be apart, and you can’t sit near me,
I put my hands on my eyes, so that you will not see my tears.

I hope this helps.
Regards

PS. I think it is an injustice to the Persian language to write it in the Latin script, when, in the modern computer software, it is as easy to write it in its proper script. This is the original text with the Persian alphabet:

The third hemistich sounds a little weird. Maybe the word "تقدیر" should be "تقدیره". Anyway, the meaning does not change.

I forget to ask you ...
Do you think that the source text shall be corrected to the Persian alphabet?

Should have "cc" also above.

Yes, of course.
There is no approved standard for writing Persian with the Latin script (which is colloquially called "Pinglish" or "Fingilish", see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fingilish).
