Yes, I allowed this request, because
- It is used as an idiomatic expression, eg : into French it was translated with one conjugated verb and I guess it goes the same into other languages, considering the text an idiomatic expression and not something to be translated litterally, of course

- It is a very nice expression, showing hospitality, friendship between human beings, something we sometimes cruelly miss in the world we're living in, so it is strongly carrying the state of mind (ethic)
