Well, I'm not sure about the meaning of "OPA" in this context( "tha ta kanei ola OPA" ), it's not a common expression, maybe it's chat jargon...

I only found two google results with this expression. Don't know it myself. The meaning is rather clear (he's going to create havoc, destroy things, cause a huge mess) but, well, I infer it from context not from knowing its meaning.
