Hi Aneta and/or Efy! I first edited the flag from the source-text, as requester submitted this text under the Spanish flag.

Is use of the pronoun "tu" correct in this case?
wouldn't it be translatable by "You, you are beautiful! I'll always love you" rather than simply "You are beautiful, I'll always love you" (that would be "simply "Pulchra es, semper te amabo" )?

This is correct, of course, Francky.
Latin (and Polish too) uses the personal pronouns for 1st and 2nd person as a subject for emphasis.

Tu pulchra es! = Pulchra es = You are beautiful.

But the first version is with emphasis:

"You (anyone else, but you/just you)are pretty/beautiful". (But the info in brackets is only default)
