It's only me, Franck, but "Ich geh" is used as well
as "Ich gehe". 200% sure.

It may be used when someone's speaking, but when it is about writing, I don't think it's that used, am I right?

So as by definition, a text is some language that is written, and as we translate texts these texts should be typed correctly. In French spoken language (northern France), they eat wowels, and one often can hear "j'vais" instead of "je vais", but when one writes it it is always "je vais"...

As always. But some people write this way now, though then it should be "geh'" so you can edit.
Because in correct German it's of course,"gehe".
