"I know that (he/she) lives in Arzignano Vicenza; is (he/she) the same person you know?"
But the sentence sounds quite strange; maybe there's a mistake and it could be:
"I know a person who lives in A.V."
I suggest to wait for Maybe's opinion.

I agree with Efylove's point of view...
Another possible alternative for the first part f the sentence: "Io conosco XXX che abita ad A.V: ... : => I know XXX who lives in A.V. ...:"
Anyway there seems to be a lack of punctuation in the original sentence
