In Russian this sentence is conditional, in English - affirmative... I do not think it's right. What's about the German original?

The word "important" isn't in the German here.

Se ci lasciamo bloccare dalla paura che qualcosa ci possa mancare, ci perdiamo il meglio della vita

I would have translated the begining by "In life, we lose mostly..."

According to the Russian version, this should sound like: "If we allow ourselves to get stuck in fears that we could miss some better thing in life, we might lose something."

Heidrun confirmed here that "most" is the correct word to be used, therefore the Italian version has to be corrected. I'll validate this one.

Yeah, I made that correction based on the Italian translation, but it turned out to be wrong!
