Nobody read the comments
According to them the text must be translated as:
"You forgot Your mobile at home."
Here the Italian "Lei" means the English "You".

Yep, I read it, but I haven't understood its purpose. I'll correct the translation. Thanks, Guzel!

"Lei", in this context, is a formal way of addressing someone, and therefore it doesn't mean "she" (as it would normally do), but "you" instead.

Why "in this context"?
I know about that "lei", however what I don't get is defining the meaning because of the remarks.
I think we'd better ask the requestor just to be sure.

The requester wants to formally address her Romanian friend's mother, who lives in London (that's what the comment says). Maybe "Madam" should be inserted somewhere in the text.

She has forgotten her mobile at home.

Even the comment sais that the requester is supposed to write a message to her friend's mother...

"She has forgotten to take her mobile phone from home." The point is: not you but her (Lei is her-feminine).

É o seguinte: a requisitante quer dizer para a mãe da amiga dela "A senhora esqueceu seu celular em casa". Só não há como saber, pelo texto, a casa de quem. Capisci?

I think the comment in the translation is very suitable here since both the text and the comment from the requester are very ambiguous and don't allow us to know if it is expressed in second or third person.
