Perhaps we could correct it to:

Which would mean:
Hello
I might go and see (about something) tomorrow
See you
Kiss
But the second line is tentative, because the grammar is not Japanese. The writer may be trying to say
Tabun ashita boku wa iku mitai
which would mean:
It maybe seems like I'm going tomorrow
